B. Refunds & Order Adjustments
• All Sales Are Final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless:

• In these cases, you must contact us within 48 hours at info@halcystreats.com, including photos of the issue.
• Modifications: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled, except for cases of fraud or an incorrect order.

• Carrier Responsibility: Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

B. Pickup Orders

• Unclaimed Orders: Orders not collected within the agreed timeframe will be forfeited without refund.
